WORKTECH Bogotá takes place on 5 September, WORKTECH Montevideo on 8 September, and WORKTECH Buenos Aires on 12 September, covering a wide range of topics on the future of work. This trio of conferences for WORKTECH Latam 2023 underscores the growing importance of Latin America within the global workplace community as hybrid working patterns evolve.
Remote on the rise
According to a recent survey of 500-plus company leaders in 15 different countries across Latin America, remote work is growing fast alongside investment in technology, but recruitment of skilled staff remains a challenge.
